1st Davao Summerfest

The 1st Davao Summerfest 2011 commenced April 29 until May 29 of this year. Various activities have been prepared by the City Goverment, Davao Association of Tour Operation, Davao Football Association Inc., Philippine Football Federation, Davao Horse Club, National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs, On Any Sunday Riders (OASR) Mulatto Davao, Aboitiz Group of Companies, Shago Racing, Holiday Judo Club Davao, Directors, Rancho Palos Verdes, and Be Fit Gym/Holiday Gym and Spa.

This is a whole summer sport and tourism event in the city that brings many sport events and tourist dragging activities. 🙂

The events included in the summerfest are as follows:

1. Music Event (May 8-15, 2011 @Bolton Street 6:00 PM onwards)
2. PFF Suzuki U23 Mindanao Championships (April 28-30, 2011 @Tionko Field, Quimpo Boulevard 8:00AM onwards)
3. 13th Davao Horse Show and Competition (April 30-May 1, 2011 @Davao Riverfront 8:00AM onwards)
4. 17th NFMC Annual Convention Castrol Motokhana (April 30-May 1, 2011 @NCCC Mall Open Parking Area 8:30AM onwards)
5. PFF Smart Club Mindanao Championships (May 4-6, 2011 @Tionko Field, Quimpo Boulevard 8:00AM onwards)
6. Daba Daba Ultimate Frisbee Tournament (May 7-8, 2011 @Tionko Field, Quimpo Boulevard 8:00AM onwards)
7. Race to Reduce Marathon (May 8, 2011 Around Davao City)
8. Philippine Autocross Championship Series Round 2 (May 8, 2011 @Speed City, Davao Riverfront Corporate City)
9. National Judo Championship – Youth Division (May 14-15, 2011 @Gaisano Mall of Davao)
10. 1st Davao City Host Lions Club Football Festival (May 14-15, 2011 @Tionko Field, Quimpo Boulevard)
11. 6th Pomelo Tee Golf Tournament (May 20-22, 2011 @Rancho Palos Verdes)
12. Celebrity Adventure Race (May 28-29, 2011)
13. Davao Mega Aero Marathon: Summer Edition (May 27, 2011 @Atrium, NCCC Mall, Matina 2:00PM-6:00PM)
14. Queen of May (Santa Cruzan sa Davao 2011) (May 21, 2011 @San Pedro Church and around Davao City’s Streets 5:30PM Mass and 7:00 PM Procession).
