Man behind lachi's - Mike

Mike is the person behind Lachi’s Sansrival atbp named after their mother, Lachi. Together with him is his twin brother, Mel, who also personally bake for the outlet.

The outlet really has what it takes to treat a sweet tooth like me. They have a variety of cheesecakes, chocolate moist cakes, sansrival and many more. I have here some photos of mouth watering delights of Lachi’s. Enjoy!

I really thought I got the photo of the delicious durian cheesecake. From the photo above, it’s the cut item. The durian cheesecake is something to look after. This is especially to those who for once dislike the fresh durian fruit, the subtle taste of durian cheesecake will really invite who tastes it to have some more of it. Eventually, liking durian fruit. Just like one blogger from Cebu, Sheena, said “makaaddict gud siya ay”. 🙂
